Fortunately, I have not seen some truly bad foreclosures during my inspections, but there have been a few problems. Mainly these are due to previous owners not having money for simple repairs, or because the house has been vacant, and issues arose.<BR/>An inspector is your best bet, but if you are trying to save money, be very cautious and check the property out.
