Where do you have the largest selection of homes priced at $1 million dollars?

Let's suppose you have exactly $1 million dollars to spend on a Central Florida home. Which county should you visit first in hopes of finding the right million dollar home?

You may want to visit Seminole County first. The Mid-Florida MLS indicates that there are 4 homes for sale in Seminole County, home of Longwood and Lake Mary, all with a $1 million dollar price tag.


Orange County which is home to Orlando has 3 homes priced at $1 million along with Lake County with 3. Osceola County had 1 home in Saint Cloud.
